Tutor referral code: Terms and conditions

Eligibility:
- The referral programme is open to all tutors who use the Atom Learning Tutor Portal.
- You can refer families to Atom Home by sending an email invite to a tutee's parent or guardian

- Any first-time customer who creates a Home account via one of the above routes will get a 10% discount on their first payment*. The tutor who referred them will earn 15% of the cost of the referee’s subscription payment each month, excluding VAT. (The referee is the person using the referral code.)
- To invite a tutee and earn commission, you must invite the parent using your unique link via your Tutor Portal. This will allow the tutee’s parent or guardian to set up an Atom account.
3. Benefits for referees:
- The referee (the person using the referral code) is eligible for a 10% discount on their first payment when subscribing to Atom Learning's home education platform, Atom Home.
- Tutors will earn a 15% commission on the company's earnings from the referee, excluding VAT.
- All earnings, including discounts and commissions, are issued at Atom Learning's discretion.
- Atom Learning reserves the right to withhold payment if deemed necessary.
- The referral programme is ongoing, but Atom Learning reserves the right to modify or terminate it at any time without prior notice.
- Atom Learning reserves the right to disqualify any individual engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activities related to the referral programme.
8. Changes to terms:
- Atom Learning reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Tutors and referees are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
By using the referral code, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Atom Learning reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the referral programme.
