How can a parent create their parent account?

Safeguarding is our top priority at Atom, which is why our policy requires students to have a linked parent or guardian account in order to access their accounts outside school hours.

To create or activate their parent account, parents should have received a unique setup link via email when their child's account was created.

If they have not received an email from Atom, you can share this video with them:

Once activated, your student will be able to complete the work you have set outside of these hours. 

If a parent has already activated their parent account and the lock is still appearing, please advise them to reset their password via this link and this should resolve it.
