Why am I getting an error message when I'm updating my student's password?

If you are editing a password and it is erroring, it may not be meeting Atom's security requirements.

Atom's password requirements are as follows:

• minimum 7 characters
• include at least one digit

If the password you've created fits these requirements and you still see an error message, please contact schools@atomlearning.co.uk
