Why am I asked for payment to access the exam prep plan? 

Your Atom School account allows you to access homework and classwork activities set by your child's teacher. 

When work is set, it will activate a To-do list at the top of the page here:

If you don't see a To-do list, it simply means that your child's teacher hasn't assigned any work yet. If you're expecting homework, we recommend checking with the school directly to find out when it will be set.

Below the To-do list, you'll see an Exam Prep plan. This is not included with an Atom School account and is part of the optional, paid for Atom Home subscription.

You don't need an Atom Home subscription to complete work assigned by your child's school. However, if you'd like your child to access additional learning at home, an Atom Home subscription includes:

• A personalised weekly learning plan
• Detailed progress tracking and transcripts linked to your target school
• Unlimited mock tests for all independent and grammar school entrance exams, as well as SATs and CAT4
• Targeted practice activities to address knowledge gaps
