To help resolve any display or access problems, we first recommend the following steps:
1. Try a Hard Refresh:
A hard refresh clears your browser cache for a specific page, which forces it to load the most recent version of that page.- Google Chrome:
- Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard
- Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
- Firefox
- For Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard
- Mac users: hold down ? Cmd and ? Shift and then press R on your keyboard
- Safari (Mac)
- Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E
- To refresh, click the refresh button on the address bar or press Cmd + R
2. Allow All Domains: atomlearning.com
- If you are using any networking filtering software, please ensure that all ".atomlearning.com" domains are permitted. This is often found on work or school computers or if you have supervisor/parental control software installed.
3. Access Libraries.atomlearning.com
- Your computer must be able to access the libraries.atomlearning.com site, where some of our mathematical written content is loaded from.
You can go to https://libraries.atomlearning.com/check/index.html to see if your device has access, you should see a success message, shown below:
