I cannot see my student's password on their profile.

If you are unable to view your student's password, this is likely because they have changed it themselves at home. However, you are able to reset the password if your student cannot remember it.

  • Navigate to "Manage Pupils"
  • Search for the relevant child
  • Click "View" on the right hand side to view their login details
  • To edit, click "Edit" in the top right corner

If this happens, it is always best to make their parents aware that their password has changed to ensure they are still able to log on at home.
